2.1 Eligible ProductsOnly fly fishing-related gear and equipment are allowed to be listed for sale on Backcast Market. This includes, but is not limited to, rods, reels, flies, waders, and related accessories.
2.2 Prohibited Items The sale of illegal items, including but not limited to counterfeit or stolen goods, is strictly prohibited. Any equipment that is not related to fly fishing, or that violates any local, state, or federal law, is not allowed.
2.3 Condition of ItemsItems sold must be accurately described in the listing, including their condition, use, and any defects. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
Shipping Policy
3.1 Shipping Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for shipping their items to the buyer within 5 business days of the sale or the order will be cancelled.
Order Fulfillment
4.1 Fulfillment Process
After an order has been marked as shipped by a seller, the order enters an escrow period of 14 days. A transaction to pay the seller is initiated after this period, provided the buyer has not raised any disputes.
